I am feeling particularly inspired, thanks to my desire to read some fantasy novels - I really only skimmed - to see if I was doing it right. I decided I am. Granted, there are a few changes with my main cast and world that I want to make, but otherwise I am feeling quite confident. I was worried my descriptions weren't good enough, but that's because it is hard to get the specific image in my mind down on paper. However, after reading others' work, I am convinced I have described enough. After all, it is only a blueprint you want to give the readers so there is room left for them to imagine.
I think I do that.
At least relatively well.
And it is only a first draft, so it should be fine in the end.
I just need to work on my antagonist and his motivations.
Side note: my stomach is making the strangest noises. It befuddles me.
